After a bad round, what motivates you to get up and do it again? Golf has always been an internal battle for me.  Unless you are Tiger Woods, there is probably a very good chance that you did not perform to the absolute best of your abilities. So every day, every round, every shot is a chance to push myself to be better. It has never been about being beaten by others, or the struggle against the course, for me it is the pursuit of personal perfection. Professional golf motivates me to train, practice and focus on excellence.

Favorite course: The National, in Woodbridge, Ontario

Describe your perfect day: A long day on the driving range at the Prince Resort in Kauai, hitting perfect drives towards the Pacific Ocean, from an elevated tee, slightly downwind, surrounded by chickens and crowing roosters, sipping ice tea, and sharing the whole experience with my wife.

Longest Drive (incl. location/event): 424 yards at an LDA Qualifier in Laurel, Mississippi in 2002

Favorite Alpha club and why: C830.2 Driver. It's engineered to have a Hot Face with Low Spin Characteristics and very Durable Construction

Most inspired by: Bill Ciurluini, my father.  He strived for personal excellence in every facet of his life.
