Welcome to the NEW Alpha Golf site! If you're an Alpha Dealer with access to wholesale pricing, please read below for important changes you'll need to know about how to shop at Alpha Golf:
1// PRICING
Before logging in, you will see retail/MAP pricing of all products. In order to see your wholesale/dealer pricing, please log in with your wholesale acccount (if you're not sure what your log in is, please contact us).
2// SEARCH
We've moved to a smart search algorithm, which will populate products and collections (along with suggested terms), as you type in the search box. If you roughly know which product you are looking for, give the search box a try (it's at the top middle header of every page). In most cases with using the search, you'll be able to get to your desired product within 1 click.
3 // NAVIGATION
We've updated the navigation from top row to left column. The column navigation is now an according style which can be expanded/contracted. This can be useful if you already know the product/brand you are searching for. We suggest you use "Shop by Brand" to find most of your products. Each brand is now broken down into sub-collections to help you easily understand and access products. Shopping by category is available under the product type nav links (Golf Club Head, Golf Grips, Golf Shafts, etc.)
4 // ADDING TO CART
In the old site, you were able to add a product to cart without having to leave a collection page. With the new site, we no longer have this capability. We know many dealers found this a useful feature, so we are looking into how we can incorporate it into this new theme.
4 // ORDER PROCESSING NOTES
In the old site, we prompted you to tell us how you'd like your order processed (such as "ship available item first, and back-order the rest", etc). We are working to incorporate this feature into the new site, and should have this up shortly. In the meantime, feel free to use the Customer Notes box on the Cart page, to let us know any specific processing notes.
5 // COMING SOON
We will soon be launching real-time shipping calculations to give you more accurate information about your order.
7 // PRICELISTS
Currently pricelists are not accessible from the website. If you need a copy of the latest pricelist, please e-mail us at hi@alphagolfclubs.com
