Our priority every day is to process your order as quickly as possible, so you can get the products you need to grow your business.
WHAT DOES "ARRIVING SOON" MEAN?
When you see that an item is "ARRIVING SOON", this means that it is either on it's way to our warehouse (and we will be able to ship it within 1-3 business days*), OR we can ship it from a separate warehouse either the same day or next day.
NO ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES (FOR US DELIVERIES)
If we back-order a portion of your order, or if some items ships from a separate warehouse, there are no additional shipping charges when your delivery address is within the US. You will only be charged once for shipping, even if your order is split into multiple shipments.
HOW WILL YOU PROCESS MY ORDER IF SOME ITEMS ARE NOT IN STOCK?
If some items from your order will not be shipping the same or next business day (for example if you placed your order by 2pm PT today), then we will contact you by e-mail or phone to let you know when you can expect them. You can also specify how you'd like us to process your order, by making this selection on your Cart page, before clicking "Checkout":
